The Houston Rockets lose Jordan Hill for a while

Blogged under General, Bloglockers, Big Rockets News, Front Page, Injuries by alleyoop on Saturday 18 February 2012 at 6:15 pm

24-year old power forward Jordan Hill will be out until at least the All-Star Break due to a strained MCL. He has played in 29 games (7 starts) for the Rockets so far this year and he is averaging 15.1 minutes, 5.0 points, 4.9 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game. With Hill on the shelf, look for Patrick Patterson to see a bump in P.T. I don’t think that’s a bad thing for the Rockets as Patterson has played pretty well so far this year. Patterson has played in 29 games (0 starts) so far this year for the Rockets and he is averaging 21.6 minutes, 7.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game.
