The Rockets held the Bucks to 38.1% shooting from the floor and they outrebounded the Bucks 50-42 on the way to a easy victory. Yao led the way with 28 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 blocked shots. T-Mac also had a solid game with 21 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Bonzi Wells had a good game off of the bench with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocked shots. The Rockets are now 5-1 on the season.

Houston Rockets 89, San Antonio Spurs 81

The Rockets rebounded from a loss the night before to the Mavericks to beat the Spurs last night. The Rockets rolled to a 45-32 halftime lead and that set the tone for this game. Yao was amazing last night as he led the Rockets with 28 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 blocked shots. Bonzi Wells turned in a impressive game off of the bench as he scored 14 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in 27 minutes. T-Mac was only 4 of 14 from the floor and he finished with 12 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals. The Rockets are now 4-1 on the season.

Dallas Mavericks 107, Houston Rockets 98

The Rockets just couldn’t deal with the Mavericks in this game as only two players came to play on offense. Tracy McGrady was only 12 for 31 from the floor but he still led the Rockets with 35 points, 3 rebounds, 8 assists and 2 steals. Yao Ming also had a pretty solid game as he had 21 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocked shots. The Rockets are now 3-1 on the season.

Houston Rockets 89, Portland Trailblazers 80

The Rockets took a page out of last year’s book by playing great defense and scoring enough points to make it stand up. Yao led the way with 21 points, 12 rebounds and 2 assists. T-Mac had a solid game with 20 points, 3 rebounds and 6 assists. Mike James was outstanding off the bench in his 24 minutes on the court as he scored 17 points and snatched up 3 rebounds. The Rockets are now 3-0 on the season.

Houston Rockets 106, Utah Jazz 95

The Rockets rolled into Salt Lake City and they smacked down the Jazz. T-Mac was unstoppable as he led the way with 47 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Mike James had an outstanding game off of the bench with 15 points and 7 assists. Yao had an off game as he scored 11 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, stole the ball 2 times and blocked 5 shots. The Rockets improved to 2-0 on the season with this impressive road win.
