Losing Yao with a fractured bone under his right knee is a shocking blow to this team.  He went down after playing only 6 minutes on Saturday and he will now miss at least the next 6 weeks.  Shane Battier really stepped up in this game as he scored 28 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.  Luther Head added 22 points.  Rafer Alston had a solid game with 21 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists.

The Rockets fell to 16-11 on the season with this loss.

Ok first of all TMac should be in his prime right now not his descent. But we all see how that is going, then Yao gets his leg snapped by his own player. Chuck Hayes has now brought down Shaq and Yao, who else can say they have stopped those two? It is just soo sad to see all our potential and talent go right down the drain for another year. What did we ever do to upset the basketball gods?
